after repeated phone calls and a 40 minute wait on hold, i was finally able to speak with a *gasp* human. my new best friend pam told me that my bag had arrived this morning and the courier had already picked it up from the airport. she apologized that the website had not been updated. 30 seconds later, the site was magically updated. i love the window they gave themselves...
the good news is that, not only was there a suitcase on my front step, but it was my suitcase and it had all of my stuff inside :) i have never been so excited to do laundry!
